Pear shaped Pilates is owned and ran by Sarah a qualified Pilates instructor, who has been teaching for over 4 years. Trained in Mat 3, Orthopaedic, pre and post-natal and small equipment, Sarah is a registered member of CIMSPA and mum of 5, living in South Wales. This range of clothing is designed for comfort and movement whilst in classes as well as out and about.
