Cancelling your order
At Northern Made we make all items to order here in the UK. This helps us to keep our costs down and allows us to maintain our quality of printing.
All items are only printed when we receive your order, and are therefore personal to you and can't be resold due to this bespoke element,
This means our items are non-cancelable and non-refundable as they are made to your specific requirements, personalised or otherwise, however
If you make a mistake with your order or change your mind, don't worry, You have 12 hours from ordering your item to amend or cancel it.
After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already be in production. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries.
We only accept returns on faulty items, If already received your item, and you notice it is faulty please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours to let us know and we will be happy to replace it once we receive the faulty item back.
Once we receive the item we will print your replacement and send this to you. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the us.
